We all know that the main key to a successful life that is full of purpose is hidden in your daily routine , and it is worth mentioning that there are several hidden gems in the lifestyles of the most successful ceos out there that most of us are oblivious to or simple are reckless enough to dismiss them and not pay enough attention to them .

Making your sleep pattern a priority will increase your chances of succeeding in life , since your behavior during the day , the way you deal with upcoming life events depend on the hours of your sleep and on a scale of one to ten how relaxing your slumber was .
Based on many researches i have made , the best time for you to sleep is precisely at 10 pm since that’s when your body releases chemicals that are suppose to relax you and decrease the rate of your heart beats to a comfortable rhythm , which basically means you shouldn’t get involved in any activities that will increase your heart rate and overall disturb the natural flow of your body at night .
So the best thing to do is to turn off any electronics precisely two hours before bed and sleep .

2#hydration and healthy nutrition :
In order for you to provide your body with the energy it needs to consume throughout the day which will help you succeed in your tasks , you need to nourish yourself with healthy food , fruits , vegetables and water , and most importantly you should give up food or drinks that contain sugar such as soda and sweets or at least consume them moderately and consciously .
And it is fair to say that a lot of people take hydration for granted by not drinking enough water a day but The U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine determined that an adequate daily fluid intake is: About 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day for men. This is where the fun part begins but for some it might be slightly annoying .
Decluttering space is not completely about the exterior area of your life but it’s mainly about what happens within oneself which is clutter !
